Personas

Personas are an archetype of your users that are designed to represent different segments of users who might use your product or service. They provide a basis for understanding the users' needs, goals, expectations, pain points, frustrations, background, and even demographic information.

It's important to recognize that while templates can be helpful for developing personas, there are no hard rules around what a persona should look like. This is why ike personas are fully customizable, allowing you to create however you'd like. You also have the option to build your own templates so that you can more easily create personas that are structurally similar.

Editing Personas

Below is a screenshot of what editing a persona in ike looks like. You have the freedom to create, edit, reorder, and resize Attributes to customize your persona to your liking.

Viewing Personas

When finished editing your persona, you can take a look at the final product as well as share it with other groups in your organization using ike.
